Roles and Responsibilities:

Interact with the Business groups about the requirements. Source relevant resumes from the external portals, internal database.

• Screening & validation of the profiles as per the requirements.
• Taking preliminary interviews of the candidate.
• Scheduling Telecon Interviews for distant candidates.
• posting the requirements on different job portals/engines.
• Arranging the HR Interviews, negotiate salary for the prospective candidates.
• Sourcing and building the clients for the company.
• Getting the requirements from the Hr Mgr/project officer.
• Preparing and maintaining MIS for managing candidates.
• Preparing of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Responsible for recruitment & selection of good candidates

Qualifications:

Any Graduate

Requisites:

Possess excellent interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation, presentation and team management skills.
